Delivery FAQs

What delivery options do you offer?
We currently offer two delivery options:

  • Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days - £4.95
  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days - £3.95 for orders between 600g–1500g

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Standard orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Please note: Made-to-order items may take up to 14 days to dispatch, as we craft them just for you.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver within the UK. If you’d like an international delivery, please contact us via our contact us page and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Our couriers will leave a card with instructions for re delivery or collection from your local depot.

Do you offer same day or next day delivery?
We don’t currently offer same day or guaranteed next day delivery, but our Express option is perfect if you’d like your order quickly.

My order hasn’t arrived yet! what should I do?
First, check your tracking link for updates. If you still need help, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges FAQs

What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

How do I return an item?
Contact our customer service team at info@daisycandles.co.uk to request a return. We’ll provide clear instructions and a returns address.

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return unused items.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any products that are not in a saleable condition, this includes any packaging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I return a sale item?
Yes, sale items can be returned within our 14-day policy if they’re unused and in original packaging.

Do you offer free returns?
Returns for damaged or faulty items are free. For other returns, customers are responsible for the postage cost.

How do I get a returns label?
When you contact us to request a return, we’ll guide you on how to send your item back and whether you need a label.
